7. Court Protest Scheduled Oct 23-28, 2006
Ladies and Gents,
Below is Newspaper Article that refers to the
Protest we will be conducting next week around a Court House here in Oklahoma.
We will be having a local pre-meeting Bar-B-Q at 6:00 PM., Sunday at Steve
Hager's house in Claremore Oklahoma. Steve has joined our "Due Process" Group
because of what has been going on locally. Any one that would like to attend
this meeting and/or the protest can call or email me for directions? We are also
looking at taking this new idea as part of the Judicial Reform "Due Process"
Group to a National Level. Steve has put up the funds to have signs, banners,
posters, picket signs, 13 ft. X 16 ft. mobile billboard for this and future
events! Pictures will be available next week!

Group to protest county judicial
process

A group of unhappy citizens have been granted
permission to conduct a protest next week against the current practices,
policies and procedures of the Rogers County court system.
The “Let My People Go Campaign: Appealing Citizens to
Mobilize” group presented their petition Monday to the Rogers County
Commission.
The group’s protest aims to shine the spotlight on
what it believes is unfair practices of the judiciary system in Rogers
County.
Heading the group is Stephen Hager, with H.I.S.
Kingdom Advocacy for Truth & Justice for ALL, who addressed the commission
asking for permission to conduct “a peaceful protest” around the County
Courthouse Oct. 23-28.
Permission was granted after much discussion about
safety issues.
“The biggest concern is safety at the driveway
entrances,” Commissioner Mike Helm said. “We can’t have your protestors impeding
traffic or preventing anyone from coming into the courthouse.”
Hager said preventing the public from gaining access
to the courthouse was not the intent of the protest, and that he too was
concerned about safety.
In granting permission, the commission limited the
group’s access to a horseshoe pattern on both the back and front sides of the
courthouse. This means the group will be allowed to protest along the sidewalk
outlining the courthouse parking lot from the south driveway entrance to the
north entrance, and the same horseshoe pattern from the south driveway entrance
around the back of the courthouse, which faces the Rogers County Planning
Commission and Election Board offices, to the north entrance.
The group will be allowed to protest daily from 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m.
There is not a permit process, as other cities or
counties such as Tulsa have in place, that organizations must go through in
order to obtain a permit.
According to Assistant District Attorney Barry Farbro,
the County Commission has jurisdiction over anything that occurs at the
courthouse, and therefore is the entity to approve such a demonstration.
Issues the group will be protesting include:
•A judicial review of the Ashley Thompson death
case
•The James A. Hall reversal decision overruling lower
court Special Judge Erin O’Quin’s former decision appealed to the Oklahoma Court
of Civil Appeals
•The “merciful leniency and political pandering of a
father to solicit for his son, Earnest Eugene Haynes, as a ‘pauper’ in getting
his son’s defense paid by the tax paying citizens.”

Judicial protest to last through the
week
“Justice 4 All/No More Kangaroo Courts,” “Justice for
Jamie — Grand Jury Now,” and “Let My People Go” is the message on signs carried
by a local protesting group that is unhappy with the Rogers County judicial
process.
The “Let My People Go Campaign” protest began Monday in front of the
Rogers County Courthouse and will continue through Saturday.
Dissatisfied with certain court cases handled within
the Rogers County court system, the group is protesting and asking for some
action to take place. Stephen Hager, leader of the protesting group, said they
are “advocates for the spirit of truth,” asking officials to “re-examine” cases
and former rulings.
Issues of protest were listed in a letter from Hager
read to the Rogers County Commission last Monday when the group requested
permission to protest on the courthouse property.
Among those issues were the James A. Hall reversal
decision from the Oklahoma Civil Court of Appeals overruling the Rogers County
court decision in a deprived child case; the “leniency and political pandering”
of a case involving Ernest Eugene Haynes III, the son of Rogers County District
Attorney Gene Haynes, who was convicted of several crimes including driving
under the influence; and the revocation of a decision that removed Jamie Banzet
from Drug Court and placed her in prison due to sanctions placed on her from
Drug Court officials stating she violated Drug Court rules.
The list also stated there are “far too many other
misjudgments” to list. When the protest began Monday, some of those
“misjudgments” were revealed via a large billboard placed on the corner of
Highway 66 and Patti Page Boulevard.
Only a handful of protestors have been seen carrying
signs and speaking with those who have questions concerning the protest.

Federally funded "wonderful" protective Illinois State care!!!
We know why! -- They don't care! They don't love children! -- They only love Title IV money!
13 yr old Ariela is also hospitalized again! -- The cycle of abuse in State "care" never quits. Why are there these life threatening events reoccurring in Michelle Magees and Joann Smiths care?

What would you do if you were blamed for unthinkable acts
against your own child and faced with losing him or her to state custody?
Today
we’ll hear from parents who were suspected and charged with abuse because their
children had undiagnosed illnesses. These parents felt forced to fight for their
innocence, fearing they would lose their children forever.
We’ll meet Wally and
Debbie, two desperate parents who hastily packed a suitcase and fled their
former lives to protect their child Wyatt, when they were falsely accused of
child abuse and risked losing their baby to the foster care system. Ultimately,
Wyatt was diagnosed with “Osteogenesis Imperfecta,” also known as “brittle bone
disease,” where bones are more brittle and simply break more easily than normal.
The case was dismissed after they returned from living abroad. Debby and Wally
are now working to raise awareness of brittle bone disease.
We’ll talk to Linda
and her daughter, Sarah, who was about seven years old when she was plagued with
excruciating stomach pains and nausea, which caused her to refrain from eating
and led her to be hospitalized countless times over the years for dehydration.
When Sarah was fourteen, Linda was accused of having a disorder called
Munchausen-By-Proxy, a psychiatric diagnosis where someone intentionally makes
their child sick to gain attention. Sarah was taken away from Linda and made a
ward of the state for eighteen months, living in two medical facilities and a
youth home. Ultimately, Linda was cleared of all charges and Sarah was diagnosed
with a very rare condition called “interstitial cystitus,” lesions of the
bladder. Sarah was reunited with her family after a year and a half struggle.
We’ll meet Jonathan Arden, M.D., a forensic pathologist and medical expert, who
specializes in assessing child abuse and neglect cases.
Plus, we’ll talk to Kim
Hart, the Executive Director of the National Child Abuse Defense and Resource
Center and trial consultant. She specializes in cases involving false
allegations of child abuse.
Comment: IC (interstitial cystitus) is not all that rare. Most physicians should
be aware of this largely female malady.

3. Last Month: Roger Weidner was in Court in the Deschutes County Court,
1100 West Bond St., Bend Oregon, April 4th 2006 at 9 AM
-- charged with bogus "harassment" (for demanding Constitutional Court)!
This
hearing was before Judge Barber... for nearly an hour Roger indicted
the Attny Claude Ingram and Judge Barber as he (Rogers) was being found
"guilty"of harassment!

Roger's bogus "sentencing" was on the 24th of April at the same court!
We need publicity & a large crowd again to bring opening (instead of closure) to our Courts!

and took a child into "protective"(?) custody.
Later that worker realized
she had the wrong child....
This
