Please help if you can Broadcast may be interrupted! Last Monday a very kind agent has again pushed disconnect back for me!  Do you plaintiffs and friends want the work which I (Tom) do in providing the website and broadcast which  connects and gathers support for you to continue? It may stop today! -- That is not my choice -- I have done all I can -- it is "bankers" who "own" the phone wires! Without any more of my own funds left I was not been able to pay the 2 months past due $230 phone company bill and I was scheduled for shut off last Monday Jun 18, but a very kind lady at the phone company viewing the wbsite and appreciating my efforts extended my shut off date.  -- Also being left short I also have not even been able to provide document copies to key congressmen with oversite of the Judiciary as I met with them this last week -- so unless you can help a little I will not be able to broadcast and support you by effectively use my association with legislators and people of the media. Along with my purchase and renewal of the domains, IP hosting and ISP connector; to broadcast requires me to have three phone lines: a line to bring the conference in, with unlimited long distance &  threeway etc; a second basic service line to push the computer signal out; and a third line as a way to call me or my family while in conference and broadcasting. So my phone bill is always at a base of $115 a month for 2 of the 3 lines just so we can broadcast and connect with you. (The stripped down 3rd line for my family costs me $21 more but I don't expect help with that line but it goes down also if I can't cover the first 2. I also am forced to carry a cell phone at $52 so you can call me even away from home -- but I don't expect or ask any help with that bill too even though most of its calls are from or for you.) I know most of you already have little funds after being violated and robbed by the courts, but as a Terminal Cancer Surviver 16 years ago I had already lost all I owned as I lay in the VA hospital (paralized and blind for a period) and in my own bedroom at home for nearly 5yrs and now at 66 I have no tangible income. In the last 15 years since my brush with death, I have used all my minuscule "inheritance" (only $5,000 from the sale of my parents home, 3yrs ago) and the last of my dwindled reserves to help others (see LifeSave.org, FamilyVsState.org, ChildrensHolocaustUSA.org )!  I have further sacrificed the all of the very last of my resources to pay for, create and produce FamilyRightsRadio aka WeThePeopleRadio for Eddie and you since February of last year. Eddie found me through my labor for other families (though my websites listed above) and so asked me to join his labors. Because I care about you, all children and all families, and know this method and legal pathway that Eddie is traveling along with open exposure of the fraud with publicity is the best answer for our nation's judicial sickness, I consented and extended myself even more! -- I have done this for Eddie, his family, Ayala, her children and all of yours, on my already used up reserves -- which are only supplimented with my pathetic $698 social security (it almost covers the cheapest of rent in my community of $700, nothing else). With my unpaid labor and my last squeezed resources given up for over a year to create and sustain Family Rights Radio with essentualy no sacrifice on your part to help being seen in return, even with my desperate pleas, I have come to feel that except for Eddie and less than a half dozen tender hearted others, most of you are too self-focused -- maybe just naturally too selfish -- sorry, but that how it appears to me -- you don't think outside yourself and your own situations to see or appreciate the sacrifices of others, like Eddie and Danny who are trying to help you -- or maybe you just don't care! -- not even enough to give up the value of one pathetic pack of cigarettes, a can or two of beer, or the value of one meal or a movie tp help in return for those who care enough to give up their own comforts, time and resources for you. Through my rendezvous with death I know that if you want blessings, you have to give blessings. What is really bizarre in this labor, is, that unlike the rest of you, I have no court case of my own, so I will never qualify or receive any compensation for legal damages, yet it has cost me at least $250 to $400 monthly in personal funds (forcing several desperate loans) for over 16 months to pay all that was required to have this support-gathering, education, legal action, conference and broadcast facilitating website effort that we have made available for your benefit. -- This personal cash out and added debt through personal borrowing, does not include or consider the 6 to 8 hrs (and on many days of important actions, even more) hours of freely given time and labor to write/update the webpages, prepare files, write/update the schedule, connect the conference calls and run the broadcast, as well as (the best I can) to figure out and post instructions and critical documents of Eddie's and others for your convenience and benefit. Over the 16 months, these daily hours given up in this battle to obtain due process for you total into the thousands!  In doing this for you, I currently cannot give anything of consequence to or spend any real time with my family, nor be able to work in some gainful labor and make the required monies to easily pay my own bills of our already poor and very frugal living (ask Maria - she has stayed with us in my very humble house with its dirt driveway and rode in our 18 year old car -- which I must mechanic myself -- and seen the three large tarps to cover my leaking house roof). My family and I would be OK with this sacrifice if we knew it was appreciated For 16 months now I (and my family with me) have prioritized what I had and have given away all in this effort. So except for three already very impovrished but caring women and two men (whose total donations thankfully covered just over 1 months expenses, out of the 16) I have struggled and endebted myself deeper as I purchased, created, constructed, maintained and operated FamilyRightsRadio for Eddie and you over these 15 months, with no other substantual or sustaining outside help. I cannot logically continue this personal bleedout for you enjoined plaintiffs beneficiaries without some small tangible gratitude-evidencing sacrifice in help from you in return!  I have never expected much -- only a little help just to be able to continue. Unfortunately Caesar extracts his tribute from me so we can write, talk and use his wires! I have no other choice with his demands made on me at the moment. I have nothing left to give him for you. (Like Eddie and Danny) I receive nothing for me!  Tom Rodgers ------------------------- Early last Monday morning I called, plead and negotiated once more with the phone company for our needs. A very kind agent at the Phone Co. seeing my websites and appreciating my labors for all other families extended and gave me until Wednesday to pay at least $190 of our bill to keep us connected for the webwork, connecting  your conferencing and broadcasting. Couldn't you, who are being educated, supported and represented in our efforts here, please some how find and give  $2 to $5 to help with this part here.  Also do not forget your filings and court fees covered by Danny & Eddie.
